I am an individual participant, What
is the size of my booth ?
The booths size is
4 sqmts.
I am participating as group participant, What
is the size of my booth ?
Please coordinate with your group coordinator.
What
are the specifications of my booth ?
All
booth have 2 side walls. The side walls are made of
modular system, 1m high
What
do I get as furniture in my booth ?
Each booth measuring 4 sqmts gets one round table, lockable cabinet
and three chairs. Also there is a wastebin and an ashtray. Each participant’s
booths has a nameboard with the name of the company and booth number.
How
do I get to value additions to my booth ?

I
have two booths do I get furniture on pro-rata basis ?
Yes
you do.
Where
is India Pavilion in Messe Berlin ?
India
pavilion is booth no. 317 and is located in Hall 26C of the Messe Berlin, Messeglande, Berlin.

India
Pavilion other than business sessions is going to be a platform for various
activities.
How
do I pay for the participation at the India Pavilion ?
The
charges towards the participation at the India Pavilion are to be directly
remitted to the Government of India Tourist Office, Frankfurt. Click here to

Who
all are participating at the India Pavilion ?
The
participation at the India Pavilion is a mix from different sections of the
trade i.e. State governments, Tour operators, airlines, hotels, travel agents
etc.
What
else is happening at ITB 2003 this year ?
This
year ITB is going to be a gala event. Click

are the dates of ITB 2003 ?
The
dates for the ITB are 7-11 March 2003. 7-9 March are for the General visitors
and 10-11 March are for the Trade visitors
